I built these because I have watched people panic over routine notices.
I am a Chartered Accountant in practice. Over the years I have sat across the desk from a lot of people holding an income tax notice — small business owners, salaried professionals, retired parents. Almost all of those notices were routine. Almost none of those people knew that when they walked in.
The gap between "this is routine" and "I don't know what this is" is where all the fear lives. It costs people sleep, and it costs them money in avoidable penalties and unnecessary fees.
These tools exist to close that gap in about a minute.
What I will not do
I will not give you an answer without showing you the rule it came from. Every output on this site names the section, the rule or the circular it relies on, and shows the calculation. If a tool cannot cite its basis, it does not ship.
I will also not pretend software replaces judgement. For a routine intimation, these tools are enough. For a scrutiny assessment, a reassessment notice, or a material transaction, you need a person. I will tell you which one you are looking at.
For the professionals reading this
If you are a CA, an accountant, or a finance manager, you are probably here for a different reason. You have read the headlines about AI replacing our profession, and nobody has offered you a bridge.
AI will not replace finance professionals. It will replace the ones who refused to learn how to use it. I built these tools as a practising CA, not as a technologist — and I teach the same methods I used to build them.
