2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide the specific tool you are using:
- Documents you upload to NoticeIQ — income tax notices, intimations, orders, or other documents you choose to upload for analysis.
- Figures you enter into Capital Gains Optimizer — purchase price, sale price, dates, and other inputs required for tax calculations.
- Name, email and message submitted through the contact form.
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views, feature usage and technical logs that do not identify you personally.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to generate the analysis or response you request. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You provide this consent by uploading a document, entering data, or submitting the contact form.
4. Capital Gains Optimizer
All calculations in the Capital Gains Optimizer run entirely in your web browser. None of the figures you enter are transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers.
5. NoticeIQ
Documents uploaded to NoticeIQ are:
- processed only to produce your requested analysis;
- not used to train third-party AI models;
- not shared with external parties, except where required by law; and
- deleted after processing is complete, unless you explicitly choose to save them.
6. Data Retention and Erasure
Contact form submissions and account-related data are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your query and comply with legal obligations. Uploaded NoticeIQ documents are deleted after processing.
You may request erasure of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@rushabhanalytics.com. We will respond within the timeframe prescribed under applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or misleading data;
- request erasure of your personal data;
- seek grievance redressal; and
- nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
